Ingredients: Nettle (Urtica diocia), Oatstraw (Avena sativa), Rosehips (Rosa canina), Dandelion (Taraxacum officianle)
A potent blend of Handcrafted Herbal Helpers known for their rich mineral and vitamin content.
In order to extract the Mineral goodness from these plants they need to be steeped for at least 6 hours (I recommend preparing before bed, leaving overnight to drink in the morning)
Add one heaped teaspoon per cup of water.
We recommend 1 - 2 tablespoons for a 32oz mason jar. Fill with boiling water, cover and let sit for 6+ hours (or overnight). Reheat, strain and drink in the mineral goodness!
