Ingredients: Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), Wood Betony (Stachys officinalis) and White Chestnut Flower Essence, Organic alcohol, Water.

Herbal Tincture specifically formulated with a potent blend of herbal extracts and flower essences to calm the mind and slow the train of constant mind chatter.

Skullcap (Scutellaria lacteriflora) is a nervine tonic and anxyoltic and works particularly well when paired with Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) for calming an overactive mind. Passionflower is a powerful relaxant.

Wood Betony (Stachys officianalis) also has potent anti anxiety actions that can be particularly helpful with disordered thought patterns. The flower essence of white chestnut works to stop persistent and unwanted thoughts.

Take 1-2 droppers in a shot of water or juice, 3 times a day as needed. Particularly helpful an hour before and then again at bedtime.
