Ingredients: Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Sage (Salvia officinalis), Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia)
A Herbal steam blend formulated using a potent fusion of Handcrafted Herbal Helpers that work to provide relief to cold symptoms and in particular symptoms affecting the upper respiratory tract.
Steams allow the volatile oil content of the plants to have direct action on the mucus membranes – helping with runny or congested nasal passages, dry or sore throat and inflamed or congested lungs.
In a safe place, add 2 TBSP of herbs to a bowl and fill with hot water. Cover your head with a towel and breathe in the steam for 10 - 15 minutes.
